Moisture Proof / Insulation
FLUOROSURF forms a thin film with high moisture-proof, salt water resistant, water-proof, acid-proof, lithium battery electrolyte resistant, and water/oil repellent properties and other protection functions.
It has also high insulation resistance, low dielectric constant and other electric properties and is most appropriate for electronic component water-proofing, insulation protection and mounting printed circuit board moisture and water proof coating.

I. Features:

1. The coating can be easily applied through simple dipping, spray cans, brushes, etc., and forms a special fluorine resin film after air drying at room temperature.

2. The coating film provides moisture resistance, waterproofing, acid resistance, resistance to corrosive gases, and possesses water-repellent and insulating properties. It strongly protects materials from corrosive substances and moisture intrusion.

3. The use of non-flammable solvents eliminates fire hazards and has low toxicity, maintaining a good work environment. It can pass inspections under fire safety regulations, occupational safety laws, PRTR laws, etc.

4. Drying time varies with film thickness, ranging from 5 seconds to 25 minutes at room temperature. No special equipment or space is required!

5. It can accommodate a wide range of film thicknesses (1 ~ 50 microns).

 

II. Applications:

1. Moisture-proof coating for printed circuit boards: Ideal as a replacement for urea and silicone.

2. Acid-resistant coating: Protects metal parts from corrosion by hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sulfurous gas, and nitrous acid gas.

3. Saltwater-resistant coating: Offers excellent protection even against saline water.
