I. High-Adhesion Fluoropolymer Coating Agent FG-5010
1. Various materials such as glass, resin, and metal, after room temperature drying and chemical bonding, form a high-adhesion, high-hardness (pencil hardness 6H-9H) water and oil repellent film. (For materials other than glass, a special primer (Primary coat) provided with the product is required for pre-treatment coating).
2. Surfaces coated with this agent can reduce the adhesion of fingerprints and various pollutants, and pollutants can be easily wiped off. Since it is a high-adhesion film, the functionality remains even after pollutants are wiped off with a thin tissue.
3. The dynamic friction coefficient of the surface (μ=0.09 or less) is low, resulting in a dry film with a lubricated surface.
4. A thin film of approximately 0.1μ for the substrate + 10-30nm for FG-5010 does not compromise the appearance of the original material.
II. Pollution Adhesion Reduction and Anti-Reflective Coating Agent FG-5040
1. Forms a water and oil repellent film with a pencil hardness of 3H, reducing the adhesion of pollutants.
2. Functions as a moisture-proof and rust-proof coating.
3. As the film has a low refractive index (1.39), it can also be used as a low-reflective surface coating.
4. When applied to transparent plates and lenses, it can increase light transmittance by 3-4%. The effect is significantly enhanced in the case of multi-lens assemblies. (For example, stacking 5 lenses can increase light transmittance by 30%).
III. Water/Oil Repellent Applications
Fluoride resin film formed on the surface repels water and oil strongly.
It constitutes a barrier against grease (prevents its bleeding), prevents water and oil from diffusing or attaching and protects surfaces from fouling. The fluoride resin film provides diversified merits.

IV. AFP (Anti Finger Print) / Anti Fouling
By coating surfaces with this agent, fingerprint and other stains attaching to those surfaces decrease and attached stains can be easily wiped away. The high adhesion of the film keeps functions after the stains are wiped away with tissue paper or the like.
Coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface is low (μ = 0.09 or less) and provides dry lubricating surface.

V. Releasing Agent
Feature:
1. The sticking force of molding resin is reduced on the surface that is coated with FLUOROSURF and It is powerful way to release even in the molding of complex and detailed shapes that can not be released by ordinary releasing agents.
2. It reacts with the molding material and strongly sticks to it so that continuous mold release is possible.
3. It forms thin film of nanometer level. Mold release of accurate shape is possible in the microscopic molding of more precise than microns order.
4. The releasing agent component is not transferred and thus cleaning of the molded part is not necessary.
5. When performance degrades the re-coating can be done by a simple over-recoating. It is no necessary to remove old film.
6. The releasing agent uses nonflammable solvent. There is no legal restrictions and it can be used safely.

VI. Moisture Proof / Insulation
FLUOROSURF forms a thin film with high moisture-proof, salt water resistant, water-proof, acid-proof, lithium battery electrolyte resistant, and water/oil repellent properties and other protection functions. It has also high insulation resistance, low dielectric constant and other electric properties and is most appropriate for electronic component water-proofing, insulation protection and mounting printed circuit board moisture and water proof coating.
