I. Features:

1. Can be diluted with water, or a mixture of water and alcohol.

2. This film strongly repels water and oil. It effectively blocks grease and resin, and can be used as an anti-climbing agent.

3. Can be easily applied by dipping (DIP), brushing, and other methods to form a coating.

 

II. Examples of Use: Suitable for all water and oil repellent applications

1. Prevents oil leakage in the bearing parts of miniature motors.

2. Water and oil repellency for HDD fluid dynamic bearings (FDB).

3 .Prevents lubricant migration on HDD magnetic heads.

4 .Prevents oil migration on optical lenses of DVDs, etc.

5 .Prevents adhesion of sealing resin on battery wiring.

6. Prevents contamination in connectors and electronic components, and solder paste climbing in soldering processes.

7. Water and oil repellent treatment for fibers.

 

III. Lineup (Types):

1. FS-6010: A type that emphasizes water and oil repellency.

2. FS-6130: A type suitable for room temperature processing.
